  • Relaxation moment in the whirlpool
  • To book your experience at the Relais, reservations must be made, subject to availability, by calling reception on 011.08.83.189 .
  • Packages with a special midweek rate or with a 'per couple' price require cancellation of the booking free of charge within three days of the date booked. Cancellation of the booking after this date will result in the loss of the voucher purchased.
  • The service shall be provided only after presentation of the voucher and subject to availability.
  • Unless otherwise explicitly printed or written on the vouchers, whether virtual or ordinary, they shall be valid for 12 months from the date of issue, after which the right to use the services shall expire.
  • No refund is due for unused services.
  • If several services are included in the same voucher, these shall be used on the same day.
