1 - General Provisions

Browsing and transmitting a purchase order on the site implies acceptance of the Conditions and Data Protection Policies adopted by the site itself indicated.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to the sale of products with exclusive reference to purchases made on the site in accordance with the provisions of Part III, Title III, Chapter I, Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no. 206/05 amended by Legislative Decree no. 21/14 and Legislative Decree no. 70/03) by Relais Bella Rosina by A.L.L. The purchaser is obliged, before accessing the products/services provided by the site, to read these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which are generally and unequivocally accepted at the time of purchase.
It is possible to use the site and thus access the products/services provided by the same and to purchase them in the following languages: Italian and English.

2 - Object

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the offer, forwarding and acceptance of purchase orders for products/services on www.relaisbellarosina.com and do not govern, on the other hand, the sale of services by parties other than the seller who are present on the same site via links, banners or other hypertext links.
Before placing orders and purchasing services from parties other than the seller, we suggest you check their terms and conditions of sale.

3 - Conclusion of the contract

In order to conclude the purchase contract, it will be necessary to complete the form in electronic format and submit it following the relevant instructions.
It contains a cross-reference to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, images of each service and its price, the means of payment that can be used, the method of delivery of the purchased services and the related shipping and delivery costs, a cross-reference to the conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal; methods and times for returning the purchased services.
Before concluding the contract, you will be asked to confirm that you have read the General Terms and Conditions of Sale including the Information on the right of withdrawal and the processing of personal data.
The contract is concluded when the seller receives the completed form from the purchaser, after checking that the data contained therein is correct.
The Buyer shall be responsible for verifying the accuracy of the data indicated in the final phase of the Order and correcting any input errors, for printing and keeping the Order confirmation received by e-mail and the attached General Terms and Conditions or for saving or otherwise reproducing a copy on a durable medium.

The purchaser shall be obliged to pay the price from the moment the online order process is completed. This will be done with a 'payment confirmation' at the end of the procedure.
Once the contract is concluded, the seller takes charge of the order for processing.

4 - Registered users

In completing the registration procedures, the buyer undertakes to follow the instructions on the site and to provide his personal data correctly and truthfully.

5 - Availability of Services

The availability of the services refers to the actual availability at the time the purchaser places the order. Even after the order confirmation e-mail has been sent, there may be cases of partial or total unavailability of the service. In this eventuality, the order shall be rectified automatically by deleting the unavailable service and the purchaser shall be informed immediately by e-mail.
If the purchaser requests cancellation of the order, thereby terminating the contract, www.relaisbellarosina.com will refund the amount paid within 15 days of www.relaisbellarosina.com becoming aware of the purchaser's decision to terminate the contract.

7 - Payment methods and prices

The price of the services will be the one indicated on the site from time to time, except where there is an obvious error.
In the event of an error, www.relaisbellarosina.com shall notify the purchaser as soon as possible, enabling confirmation of the order at the correct amount or cancellation. There shall in any case be no obligation for www.relaisbellarosina.com to deliver what is sold at the incorrectly stated lower price.
Site prices are inclusive of VAT. Shipping costs, where due, are added to the total amount as indicated during the purchase process. Any invoice is issued by the Supplier at the request of the Purchaser, who must provide the necessary tax data for its issue.
Prices may change at any time. Changes do not affect orders for which order confirmation has already been sent.

Once the desired services have been selected, they will be added to the shopping cart. Simply follow the purchase instructions, entering or verifying the required information at each step of the process. Order details can be changed before payment.

8 - Delivery

When purchasing physical goods www.relaisbellarosina.com delivers to the territories indicated on the website.
www.relaisbellarosina.com will deliver the order to the purchaser's address, either to a pick-up point indicated by the courier or to a place that the purchaser considers "safe". If a safe place of delivery is chosen, it will not be possible to sign the delivery receipt, and no reservations may be made: the purchaser implicitly accepts without reservation.
Delivery is made, for Italian territory, generally within 3-5 working days, or, if no delivery date is specified, within the term estimated at the time of selecting the delivery method and, in any case, within a maximum term of thirty days from the date of confirmation.
With regard to countries within the European Union, delivery will be made in 3-7 working days, and in any case, within the maximum term of thirty days.
For non-EU territories, delivery will take approximately 30 days.
If delivery is not possible, the order will be sent to the warehouse. In that event, a notice will specify the location of the order and how to agree on a new delivery.
If you are unable to be at the delivery location at the agreed time, please contact us again to arrange a new delivery date.
If the second delivery also cannot take place for reasons beyond our control, we shall assume that the contract is terminated.
As a consequence of the termination the amounts will be returned, excluding the logistical costs of handling the transport of the goods. The amounts shall be returned within 15 days of receipt of the goods at the seller's premises.
Shipping costs are explicitly highlighted when placing the order and may be charged to the buyer depending on the country of destination.

9 - Passing of risk

The risks relating to the products shall pass to the purchaser from the moment of delivery. Ownership of the products shall be deemed to have been acquired upon receipt of full payment of all amounts due in respect thereof, including shipping costs, or at the time of delivery if this occurs at a later date.

10 - Withdrawal

Pursuant to the legal provisions in force, the purchaser has the right to withdraw from the purchase without penalty and without specifying the reason, within the term of 14 days pursuant to Article 57 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, starting from the date of receipt of the services.
The purchaser who intends to exercise the right to cancel the purchase may do so by sending an email, indicating the order number and his name, to the following email address: direzione@relaisbellarosina.com.

The purchaser shall also exercise the right of withdrawal by sending any explicit statement containing the decision to withdraw from the contract or, alternatively, by sending the standard withdrawal form, as set out in Annex I, Part B, Legislative Decree 21/2014, which is not mandatory.

The goods must be returned undamaged, in the original packaging, complete in all its parts, complete with the lace that binds the documents/cards to the undamaged product. And complete with the attached tax documentation. Without prejudice to the right to verify compliance with the above, the site will refund the amount of the products subject to withdrawal net of shipping costs within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receipt of the return by the Seller.
The costs incurred to return the goods shall be borne by the purchaser.

The Site will make the refund using the means of payment that it deems most appropriate.

11 - Data processing

The Purchaser's data shall be processed in accordance with the provisions of the legislation on the protection of personal data, as specified in the specific section containing the information pursuant to Article 13 EU Regulation 2016/679 (Privacy Policy).

12 - Safeguard clause

Should one of the clauses of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale be null and void for any reason whatsoever, this shall in no way affect the validity of and compliance with the other provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

14 - Applicable law and jurisdiction

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by and construed in accordance with Italian law. Consequently, the interpretation, execution and termination of the General Conditions of Sale are exclusively subject to Italian law.
Any disputes inherent and/or consequent to the same shall be settled exclusively by the Italian courts. In particular, if the purchaser has the status of Consumer, any disputes shall be resolved by the court of the place of domicile or residence of the same in accordance with the applicable law.
